Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains how ENDLESS PURE handles personal information when you visit creators.endlesspure.com or apply to the Endless Pure creator affiliate program. The separate Endless Pure online store has its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible for your information?
The data controller is ENDLESS PURE. You can contact us about this policy or your personal information at [email protected], or by post at 50 Boulevard Stalingrad, Nice, 06300, France.
Information we collect
If you submit an application, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name and email address; country and language; confirmation that you are at least 18; business status and creator role; social-media handles, profile links, audience and performance figures; content preferences, examples, plans and written answers; consent choices; and the language and campaign information associated with your visit.
To operate the site and protect it from abuse, our systems may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser user-agent, referral address and request time. The application database stores a salted hash of the IP address rather than the full address. Our infrastructure may retain network details in security logs for a limited period.
The application form may save an unfinished draft in your browser's local storage so you can continue later. This information stays in that browser and can be removed through its settings or by clearing the draft in the form.
How and why we use information
- To receive, assess and respond to creator applications and take steps you request before a possible collaboration.
- To review eligibility, creator-program fit and application quality. A preliminary score may be generated to help our team review applications; a person makes the decision.
- To prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, secure the service, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To send optional marketing communications only if you separately opt in. You may withdraw that choice at any time.
- To measure site usage with self-hosted Umami analytics and to review aggregate search visibility in Google Search Console.
Depending on the purpose and applicable law, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a collaboration, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the program, or your consent for optional marketing.
Who may receive information
Access to application records is limited to authorised ENDLESS PURE reviewers. We use infrastructure providers to host and protect the website, and Cloudflare for domain services and network security. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those font files. Umami analytics is self-hosted for ENDLESS PURE and is not used for advertising. Google Search Console is used for search indexing and aggregate search-performance reporting; its verification tag does not track your visits on this site.
We do not sell applicant information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of people and the service. Some service providers may process information outside your country; where required, we use legally recognised transfer safeguards.
How long we keep applications
We delete or anonymise application records and review notes 12 months after a final decision. If an application has not been decided, we delete or anonymise it 12 months after submission. We keep marketing preferences only with the application record and stop optional marketing when you withdraw consent. Technical security logs are kept only for the period needed to protect and operate the service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in France, this is the CNIL.
The creator program is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect applications from children.
Security and changes
We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect application information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change; the date above shows when it was last revised.
